Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of warehouse/distribution experience
- 1+ years supervisory experience
- Experience with ERP and Microsoft Applications
- Valid driver's license
- Pass pre-employment drug and background check
Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse inventory control
- Prepare freight for pick up and delivery
- Assign workload and staff levels
- Ensure order pulling for next day delivery
- Measure warehousing activities effectiveness
- Ensure employee safety during shift
- Identify areas for improvement and establish innovative work procedures
- Maintain stock inventory and warehouse organization
