Welcome to Job Hopper (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Job Hopper mobile application (the “App”) and any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Services.
2. Use of the Services
a. Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that you are not prohibited from using the Services under any applicable law.
b. Account Registration:
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
c. Prohibited Activities:

3. Job Listings and Applications
a. Job Listings:
The Services may display job listings provided by third parties. We do not control the content of these listings and do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or legality. We are not responsible for any employment decisions made by third parties based on information provided in the job listings.
b. Application Process:
When you apply for a job through the Services, you may be required to provide personal information. You agree that all information you provide in connection with a job application is accurate and truthful. By submitting an application, you authorize us to share your information with the relevant employer or job poster.
4. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership:
All content and materials included in the Services, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of Job Hopper or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
b. License:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent.
5. User Content
a. Submissions:
By submitting content to the Services, including reviews, comments, or other materials, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, and publicly perform such content in connection with the Services.
b. Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the Services. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful or objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects or errors will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Job Hopper, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nashville, TN, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nashville, TN.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
