Join the team at Broken Yolk Cafe as a Busser to create a warm dining environment and ensure guests leave with a memorable experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high volume restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work in varying conditions
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Authorized to work in the US
Responsibilities
- Clear tables of unused tableware promptly
- Transport tableware to the dish area, ensuring proper sorting for washing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables throughout guests' dining experiences
- Regularly inspect and upkeep assigned restrooms
- Address guest requests promptly and relay them to servers when necessary
- Provide assistance to servers in food delivery
- Maintain ongoing communication and offer support to Front of House (FOH), Bar, and Back of House (BOH) teams
- Assist with server beverages and running food to tables as needed
- Perform additional duties as requested such as running food, answering phones, and assisting with seating
