Qualifications
- Amazon Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Dispatch experience
- Strong customer service experience
- Use of mapping and GPS programs
- Ability to provide directions
- Basic computer skills (including Google Docs and Sheets)
Responsibilities
- Ensure Responsible Delivery - packages are delivered on-time, handled properly and safely
- Monitoring of route timeliness
- Use of mapping and GPS programs
- Ability to re-route vehicles when logistically necessary
- Liaison between drivers, Amazon staff, and SMS Delivery management
