Qualifications
- experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC
- fluent in English
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficient in MS Word & Outlook
- passionate about troubleshooting
- ability to multitask
Responsibilities
- provide technical support over the phone and via email
- assist with repairs on warranty and non-warranty foodservice equipment
- recommend engineering changes and document equipment/component failure rates
