Qualifications
- Proven IT experience of 5+ years with bachelor's degree or 8+ years with certifications
- Experience with ServiceNow operational capabilities
- Scripting skills in MRL, PERL, JSON, Python, Groovy, JavaScript, etc.
Responsibilities
- Supporting operations at USCG & DHS HQ facilities in telecommunications and systems monitoring
- Installation and upgrading of advanced information systems
- Creating and customizing dashboards across multiple platforms
