Description
Lead a team of developers to support and enhance administrative and reporting tools at Ritchie Bros, work closely with UX/UI department, resolve performance issues, and coach team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of enterprise web development experience
- 3 years experience leading teams of software developers
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology stack
- Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems
- Strong in-depth experience in SQL performance tuning
- Hands-on experience with Java EE backend and Angular frontend
- Ability to articulate and explain technical solutions to stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design/Manage implementation of overall product and service integration architecture
- Prioritize/Manage development efforts for product feature requests
- Create technical specifications and test plans
- Code automation scripts for testing, maintenance, and monitoring solutions
- Transition software into production environment
