Qualifications
- Proficient in C++ and Python
- Experience with large-scale real-time distributed systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Experience in team management
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software engineers and interns
- Coordinate development projects across distributed teams
- Engage with R&D group for new research initiatives
- Build relationships with researchers in emerging technologies
- Share best practices with other companies in Research Park
- Communicate updates to management and peers
Education
Advanced degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (Master's or PhD preferred)
