Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related human services field
- Minimum of two (2) year of supervisory/management experience
- Documented experience working with clients with trauma histories
Responsibilities
- Provide clients with necessary program information, conduct screenings and assessments, and develop treatment plans
- Maintain staffing 24/7 to assure client safety and adhere to state licensing requirements
- Coordinate disciplinary measures, employee relations, and employee training
