Qualifications
- Currently receiving or have received services from the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA)
- Demonstrated lived experience with developmental disabilities or related transitions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to mentoring
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one mentorship
- Collaborate on personalized 'Trail Maps'
- Facilitate activities and build community connections
