Seeking a dynamic MSW Manager for a large outpatient geriatric center in San Francisco, responsibilities include leading and supervising the Social Work staff, ensuring quality of care, and overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or health-related field
- LCSW preferred
- Four years' experience working as a clinical social worker
- Two years' experience in management/supervision/financial management
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Leads and supervises the Social Work staff
- Ensures social work staff effectively participate in the Interdisciplinary Team for participant care and coordination
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and leads continuous process improvement and risk management efforts
