Responsibilities
- Assess and coordinate support for Transition Aged Youth
- Develop treatment plans and provide therapy
- Advocate for client benefits and eligibility
Education
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Working Hours
Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with rotating on-call responsibilities
