Passionate about helping seniors with Medicare? Join COASC as HICAP Education & Outreach Specialist to lead education and outreach efforts, advocate for beneficiaries, and build community partnerships.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Human Services, Social Science, Gerontology, Management or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive, self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision
- Ability to lead individual and team projects
- Expertise with public speaking
Responsibilities
- Educating Medicare beneficiaries, caregivers and professionals about Medicare benefits and rights
- Assisting Medicare beneficiaries with issues or problems related to their Medicare coverage
- Developing new strategies to reach Medicare beneficiaries
Education
Associate Degree in Human Services, Social Science, Gerontology, Management or related field
Working Hours
40 hours per week
