Looking for a compassionate Case Manager/Team Lead to provide case management support for adults with intellectual disabilities at Richmond Residential Services Inc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services preferred
- Valid Virginia Driver's license
- Background check required
Responsibilities
- Manage case load of 7-10 individuals
- Maintain electronic health care records
- Provide direct care supports
