Qualifications
- BA or BS in human services
- Experience working with Seniors preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide case management and referral services
- Educate residents on service availability
- Monitor provision of services from community agencies
Education
Graduate of an Accredited College or University (BA or BS) in human services or other related field
Working Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
