Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field
- High Fidelity Wraparound Training
Responsibilities
- Provide Wraparound Care Coordination services
- Maintain required caseload
- Collaborate with partners on behalf of the Child and Family team
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field is required for this job
