Responsibilities
- Provide outreach services to at-risk families
- Conduct intake/assessment and create service plans
- Link families to community resources
Education
Four-Year College Degree from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency - general major.
Working Hours
Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
