Description
Villa Hope CSP provides support for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Case managers assist in increasing clients' level of functioning within the community and improving their quality of life.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling preferred
Responsibilities
- Establish treatment plans and follow through with clients
- Assist with independent living
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Working Hours
First Shift, Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends on-call
