Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field
  • 2 years experience working directly with target population
Responsibilities
  • Provide screening and outreach for participants
  • Offer intensive case management and support services
  • Collaborate with community partners
Education
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology or other human services-related field required.
Working Hours
10 hour shifts, weekends as needed
