Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in developmental disability services
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for residential programs
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate residential program
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Supervise and develop staff
- Create and implement individual support plans
- Manage program budget and resources
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Provide crisis intervention and support
Education
