- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certified Peer Specialist
- Valid Driver's license
Responsibilities
- Participate in team-based care and shared decision-making
- Support individuals in self-chosen goals
- Provide case management services
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent and one year experience in providing peer support in a behavioral health setting preferred
Working Hours
40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
