Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in teaching, counseling or related field
- 2+ years in education, teaching, or counseling
- Experience in school transition services
Responsibilities
- Onboard and determine eligibility for students to participate in Pre-Employment Transition Services
- Discuss vocational interests with students to tailor services and activities
- Provide workplace readiness training to improve students' vocational skills
