Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate’s degree with finance, marketing, business concentration
- 7 + years of work experience in Heavy Equipment, Auto, or related industry
- 7+ years of work experience with P&L responsibility and achievement of profitable results
Responsibilities
- Manage all operations within the branch in a profitable, safe, professional manner
- Supervise and coach Sales Representatives to achieve annual sales revenue targets
- Coordinate response to customer needs and equipment issues
