Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of in-home and/or outside sales
- competitive drive to exceed sales targets
- exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- computer literate and self-motivated
- comfortable speaking confidently in public
Responsibilities
- visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects
- utilize sales system with help of tablet, laptop, and software
- serve as primary point of contact for all flooring service inquiries
- coordinate installation schedules and communication with Production Manager
- ensure customer needs and expectations are met
- develop lasting customer relationships and cultivate key referral sources for ongoing business growth
