Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Active Florida Real Estate License
- Sales team management experience
- Proven track record in sales
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of 12 commercial real estate agents
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Conduct sales training and coaching
- Collaborate with Principal Broker to achieve sales targets
- Assist with office operations and sales goal setting
Working Hours
Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm with occasional weekends
