Description
Seeking motivated professionals to lead and inspire a sales team for an Area Sales Manager role at the #1 Authorized Wireless Retailer in the US.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years retail leadership in a cell phone and/or consumer electronics retail environment
- Multi-unit management
- 5 years retail experience
- The ability to recruit and counsel staff
- Experience training and evaluating employees
- College Degree Preferred
- Ability to lift 25lbs
Responsibilities
- Set an example for the sales team
- Ensure the highest level of customer experience
- Develop, challenge, and motivate store team members
- Initiate and lead business change efforts
- Responsible for daily and monthly inventory counts
- Ensure company cash handling policies are followed
