Join Key Cars Auto Group as a Business Development Center (BDC) Manager and lead a team to provide exceptional service and solutions in the automotive industry
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or bachelor's degree in Entrepreneur Management or Marketing preferred
- 2-5 years' experience in internet sales and customer service
- Minimum 1 year of previous dealership management experience is required
Responsibilities
- Supervise Sales BDC Representatives and Service BDC Representatives
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of departmental metrics
- Manage employee schedules and oversee weekly payroll and monthly commission for the BDC team
