Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline; may be substituted with four years directly related work experience
- Minimum seven years of experience in customer implementation with at least five years in leadership or management positions
- Experience in managing and mentoring teams, overseeing projects or processes, or leading initiatives within the sales or implementation functions
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales and Implementation team
- Ensure the sales team has all necessary tools, resources, and support to close deals effectively
- Facilitate the smooth onboarding of customers after the sales process
