Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of inventory control
- Strong computer & phone skills
- Professional and strong work ethic
- Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
Responsibilities
- Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance sales process
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Manage new or used vehicle inventory, provide training and support to sales staff, assist in closing deals
