Description
Exciting opportunity to join Tephra as Business Development Director-HiTech, responsible for sales and business development strategies in the Hi-Tech Unit. Seeking a hunter with IT outsourcing services experience.
Qualifications
- Strong hunter profile with proven success in selling technology IT offshore based outsourcing services
- 5+ years experience selling IT services, preferably with offshore teams
- Experience with vendor selection processes including RFI and RFP issuance
- Good understanding of industry segments within the High-tech Unit
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Develop revenue-producing relationships with decision-making CXO level executives
- Manage end-to-end sales process for all opportunities
- Support market research and competitive positioning analysis
Education
Bachelor's degree required. MBA a plus.
