Description
Exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented person to join our Uniteders family as a Vendor Relations Manager.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year customer service experience (Preferred)
- Proficient with computers and software applications
- Strong Organizational Skills and attention to detail
- Excellent Deductive Reasoning and Critical Thinking Skills
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Effective Time Management Skills
- Ability to adapt to fluctuating work flow
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and cultivating relationships with outside vendors and field agents by assisting with inquiries and providing detailed account information
- Assisting all departments on vendor related issues
- Database and records maintenance
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 phone queue support
- Other duties as deemed necessary
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Working Hours
M-F 8:15AM-5:15PM
