- Strong understanding of the kitchen remodeling and refacing process and products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to clients
- Gather and provide accurate and detailed information to the installation team
