Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in retail
- 5+ years management experience
- 2+ years of cannabis retail experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Maximize daily sales plans and improve metrics through sales floor leadership
- Manage product inventory and ensure compliance with regulations
Education
High School diploma required, college degree preferred
