Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for retail management? McClure Oil is seeking a talented Retail District Manager to guide a team of Store Managers in delivering exceptional guest shopping experiences and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in multi-unit fast-paced retail or food service
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Supervise a group of eight to thirteen company operated stores
- Responsible for driving sales and profitability
- Ensure key processes are in place through store visits
Working Hours
Typically Monday thru Friday for a 48-50 hour work week
