Qualifications
- EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One-year experience each in electrical, gas, and mechanical
Responsibilities
- Maintain and perform daily routine inspections on all food service and refrigeration equipment
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a variety of commercial electrical and gas appliances used in food preparation
