Looking for a reliable Shift Leader to oversee daily store operations and lead a team with strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a shift leader or in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
- Proficiency with computer systems and software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations
- Lead team of employees
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to highest standards
- Provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
Working Hours
Preferably open availability working anywhere from 25 to 35 hours
