Qualifications
- 3+ years of Jimmy John's operations experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing Profit and Loss statements
Responsibilities
- Execute on Business Plan & Strategic Initiatives
- Manage district sales, COGs, and labor
- Lead District Operations organization
Education
A 4-year College Degree preferred in Business or Accounting
Working Hours
Willing to be on call nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
