Qualifications
- Excellent Guest service skills required
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests and team members
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers immediately in a systematic fashion
- Answer phone and run a wait list
- Take 'to go' orders and perform money transactions
- Assist other FOH & BOH staff members as needed
- Project a positive image at all times
- Act as a resource for guests
- Other functions assigned by management
