Looking for a skilled General Manager to lead and inspire our team at WiseGuys in Hilton Head SC! Must have strong leadership and business acumen.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of front-of-the-house operations and/or experience as an assistant manager in the service or food and beverage industry
- Competency in Microsoft Office platform
- ServSafe certified or contingent within three months from the date of hire
Responsibilities
- Oversee, direct, and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Manage financial performance and employee development
Working Hours
55 hours per week, flexible schedule
