Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management preferred
- 5+ years of multi-unit management experience in the restaurant industry
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and operational excellence
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to restaurant managers and staff
- Oversee daily operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage professional growth
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts
- Oversee inventory control and supply chain management
- Address and resolve operational issues and customer complaints
- Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance
Education
