Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- Timeshare and/or Title related experience (2+ years desired)
- Florida Title Agent license desired but not required
- Ability to organize and analyze data
- Ability to accurately type 50 wpm
- Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing
- Attention to detail required
Responsibilities
- Review deeds, mortgages, and other legal real estate documents
- Review title searches and make recommendations to clear title issues
- Monitor each stage of the process and adhere to state and county guidelines
Working Hours
9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
