Exciting opportunity for a Development Director with a passion for real estate to join NewQuest Properties Ltd. in Houston, Texas.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in real estate, finance, business or similar field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
- Identify viable development opportunities including ground-up and redevelopments
- Perform market feasibility and project underwriting for presentation to Investment Committee
- Coordinate with development and construction teams on cost estimating and budgeting for new projects
