Qualifications
- 5-7 years as a commercial real estate broker/agent or equivalent sales experience
- Valid Salesperson license in Georgia or other relevant states
- Proven success as a Tenant Rep and/or Landlord Rep
Responsibilities
- Achieve personal commission goals through individual and team transactions
- Engage in proactive client prospecting via calls, emails, and meetings
- Broker deals for both personal and DTSpade accounts
