Qualifications
- 2-6 years relevant experience
- advanced Ricoh Production Print certifications preferred
- strong computer knowledge
- excellent customer service skills
- strong problem-solving skills
- valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- repair and service high-speed digital copiers/printers
- complete territory assignments
- provide technician support to sales team
- remain up to date with new products and procedures
