Qualifications
- 2 year degree in Engineering or 3-5 years equivalent working experience
- Working knowledge of blending raw materials and injection molding process & tooling
- Excellent leadership/management and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead projects for process improvement and optimization
- Conduct technical training for machine operators
- Inspect machines and equipment for optimal performance
Education
2 year degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
