Qualifications
- Enrollment or Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety procedures (Preferred)
- Strong mechanical skills (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of various plumbing related fixture and equipment repairs (Required)
- Ability to learn and operate various power tools and heavy equipment (Required)
- Able to legally work in the United States (Required)
- Valid driver?s license (Required)
- Ability to follow instructions (Required)
- Ability to work independently and as a team (Required)
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting between 75 ? 100 pounds, standing for extended periods, climbing, and working in confined spaces among other manual labor duties as assigned (Required)
Responsibilities
- Complete all work in accordance with federal, state, and local codes
- Prepare, fabricate, and install plumbing and piping systems
- Read and understand blueprints
- Repair and install various materials including steel, copper, PEX, PVC, and cast iron
- Determine the proper tools and equipment necessary for job completion
- Operate power tools and equipment
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order
- Other duties as assigned
Working Hours
Full-time with additional hours as needed
