Qualifications
- 3+ years minimum experience in geriatrics
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Texas or Arizona

Responsibilities
- Cares for Suvida Healthcare's patients and focuses on outpatient medicine
- Manages patients in a multidisciplinary value-based care model
- Serves as the leader for their respective care team within the Neighborhood Center
Education
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
