Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Current State of California medical license
- DEA certificate
- Current CPR certification
- 3+ years of experience managing care in skilled nursing or long-term care settings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide medical management for skilled and custodial patients in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs)
- Conduct daily rounds and manage patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
