Exciting opportunity for a Physician Assistant in Critical Care Medicine to work collaboratively alongside an Intensivist physician in all aspects of patient care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant Medicine or Health Sciences
- Physician Assistant License from Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners and Certification by a recognized national professional accrediting organization
- Current BLS Certification
- NCCPA-National Commission on Certification of Physician's Assistants
Responsibilities
- Assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of critically ill patients in the ICU setting
- Perform medical history and physical examinations
- Lead and direct ICU staff in patient care
Working Hours
Full-time evening position, 12-hour shifts (7-on, 7-off)
