- Valid State Physical Therapy License
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and Review patient's medical charts
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct staff/family training and education
Education
A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program is required for this job.
